Broken Spring

Does it sound like your motor is struggling to open or wont open at all? Try pulling the red safety release handle and roll the door up by hand. If it cannot be moved, you likely have a broken spring above the door on the torsion tube.

Sensors

Does your door roll up but wont go down? Do you have to hold your wall button in order to close the door? Your safety sensors could be blocked or mis-aligned. Most models will have a flashing light if there is a bad connection.

Noisy Door

Sometimes that loud whine and scraping noise coming from the door can be easily fixed for just $59. Often times the moving parts just need a little lubrication to function properly. If service these parts once per year, your door will be significantly quieter
